Knothole LLC, we offer a full range
of custom woodworking services. While
our bread and butter is in the kitchen
(of course), we also provide custom
design, construction, and installation
services for vanities, fireplaces, bookshelves,
wineracks, islands, cutting boards,
and unique custom pieces. Every job
starts with your call to our professionally
trained estimators. After that, your
needs are filled in 4 simple steps: |

Free
Estimate
When
you call, we will ask you a short
series of questions over the phone
to determine what the parameters of
the project will be. Our estimator
will then schedule a visit at your
earliest convenience to gather a little
about your personality, your cabinet
intentions, and to get firm measurements.
The estimator will then go back to
the shop and compose a price. That's
right, I said a price, not an estimate.
There will be no variance between
our price quote and the bill you receive
at the end of the project unless you
alter the design plan after the price
is quoted. |

Consultation
Following
our visit, our designers will go
to work making precision hand-drawn
scaled diagrams of every aspect
of the job to be performed. When
the designs are complete, we will
present them for your review. At
this point, we can make sure that
we are all on the same page in terms
of the scope, scale, and specifics
of the project.
If
any of your adjustments to the design
plan effect the price, we will let
you know immediately. We will then
collect a 50% deposit and start
on your project.

Project
Construction
Once
we are all on the same page, and
your deposit is paid - our crew
will work tirelessly on your project
within the confines of our professionally
equipped woodworking shop. When
the project leaves our workshop,
it will be fully constructed, assembled,
and professionally finished - completely
ready to install. This way the time
we spend in your home for installation
can be kept to a bare minimum.

Professional
Installation
When
our installation crew shows up to
the target site, your project will
already be completely constructed
and assembled - so all that we will
need to do is install it! We do
this for efficiency, and to reduce
the amount of mess we create in
your home.
The
installation process is usually
very quick because we have custom
designed the items for the intended
space. Unlike installation of one-size-fits-all
mass market products, no special
fitting will need to be done at
the time of installation. What's
more, we will not collect the balance
of the contracted payment until
the project is completely done.
